Bruschetta with Grilled Fruit

Oh the joy of fruits on the grill! Stacey and I recently ate a great bruschetta from a local restaurant in Watertown, Mass. I decided to attempt to duplicate this at home. We had tomatoes and basil in our container garden, so we picked up some bread and cheese.

We also picked up some easy-to-grill fruits: pineapples and peaches. They made a great dessert. Any excuse to fire up the barbie is a good one for me! Especially if I can put local foods on the grates!
