Sauerkraut

While this is NOT a grilling recipe, it is something I wanted to try making. And I will be able to add it to some of my grilled items. We got 2 heads of red cabbage in our farm share recently, so I sliced them up and added some salt and water. Now it's waiting time.

Grilled Blueberry and Peach Dessert Pizza

Stacey and I have been grilling pizzas for a while now. And we have LOVED it! After picking some blueberries this summer, we decided to try a dessert pizza. Here's how we did it:

Step 1: Make the Pizza Dough.
Step 2: Fire up the grill. You'll want a Medium-Low heat for this, so as not to burn the crust.
Step 3: Prepare the toppings--cut up your fruits (in this case blueberries and peaches) and make your icing.
Step 4: Drill the first side of the dough.
Step 5: Flip and top.
Step 6: ENJOY your work!!
